Before we tell you the story of Darrell Tunningley we would like to advise you that Darrell is not a trustee, volunteer or involved with Kildean Ministry in anyway, however his story is one we felt called to share because it is absolute testament to what God can do for people who have served time in prison. We hope you enjoy this testimony of an inspirational man.

The Story of Darrell Tunningley

Here is Darrell Tunningley pictured below.



Now strap in because this is quite some story. Darrell Tunningley was mixed up in a lot of things in his old life such as:

1) A drug dealer dealing hard drugs such as heroin and cocaine.
2) History of Violence
3) Armed Robbery
2) A heroin addict

Because Darrell was involved in serious criminal activity he found himself in prison for a long time. However he found God while in prison and the healing transformational power of Christ. He went from being a very dangerous criminal locked up in a category A prison to someone who found joy and peace turning away from his past, he now lives a life away from crime and bad behaviour.

This is the key message for any of you who have been in prison and made a mistake in life, you can turn your lives around exactly how Darrell did. Darrell now has a beautiful family, married to a beautiful lady, is a Church pastor who has founded his own church and lives life in joy and peace. Here is Darrell pictured with his family below.



So lets conclude. If you think your life is over when coming out of prison then think again, know you can be forgiven for your mistake through believing in Jesus and can have that clean slate, you can turn from the old life and walk into a brand new life filled with joy and peace. Following Jesus means you can claim the promises of God, here are examples of promises of God.

1) Goodness and mercy will follow you for the rest of your days.
2) God will propser you.

Whoever you are it is not over, life is just beginning. Know this just like Darrell is doing now you can do good in this life, make a difference in peoples lives and have that beautiful family and wife or the desires in your heart for joy and peace, God will keep his promises.
